Chicken-Cheddar Wraps

1 c. sour cream

1 c. salsa

2 T. mayonnaise

4 c. cooked chicken, cubed

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1 c. sliced mushrooms

2 c. shredded lettuce

12 flour tortillas

1 c. guacamole

Garnish: tomato wedges

Combine sour cream, salsa and mayonnaise; add chicken, cheese and mushrooms. Divide lettuce between tortillas; top with 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla. Spread with guacamole; roll up tortilla. Place tortillas on a serving dish; garnish with any remaining guacamole and tomato wedges. Makes 12 servings.
